Miam-Miam is the noise that comes from a french person's mouth when this person is particularly enjoying what she is eating. It's a word particularly used by french babies. It's the equivalent of yummy and it's what it's website is all about. The food that make me produce this sound comes from everywhere. It's either salty or sweet, soft or crunchy, very fancy or extremely simple but it's always tasty and speaks a lot about the people and the culture of the country where it's being made.
I am a french woman living in the US for 6 years. I don't like to cook at all but I really enjoy eating. My favorite food is either italian, japanese or chinese. I couldn't live without eating either pasta or any kind of noodles. And I think my life would be very plain without Chocolate dipped macaroons, Sesame balls and Parmigiano-Reggiano. The food I like is also deeply connected to my states of mind. I often feel the urge for a Ramen when I am in a nostalgic mood. And I tend to associate extreme happiness with Extra dark chocolate.
