Deliverables
Graphic Design
- Create a home page with photos of mentors and students, mission statement, slogan and quotes from mentors and students.
- Create text links for the bottom of each page.
- Create a bar with a photo of mentors with students and quote for the top of each second-level page.
- Design 7 navigation buttons that will be displayed vertically at the left of the page:
- Home
- About MMP
- What is a Mentor?
- Become a Mentor
- News and Events
- Donate
- Contact
- Crop and edit as necessary 1 (or more if time allows) photographic image for each second-level page.
- Create templates for the following pages:
- Home page
- Second-level page
Programming
- Create programming scripts for five forms:
- Mentor Application
- References
- Mentor Agreement
- Donation form
- Volunteer form
- Create a Photo Album/Slideshow to highlight program’s successes
- Create a Video from client’s DVD
Content
- Create a storyboard for the entire site
- Deliver production standards, providing a description of site folder structure and naming conventions.
- Edit content provided by client (as necessary to promote clarity)
- Provide a CSS style sheet that defines site specific parameters
Testing and Training
- Test site on currently used common browsers
- Provide client with 1-2 hours of training on maintaining the site
- Upload site onto the web and provide client with backup CD of entire site
