I thought it would be great to share my interest in human growth with the world via the internet. On this site I will mention books, movies and websites that inspired me to that purpose. There is also a page to stay in touch with my Family.

May I share some of my thoughts on this subject of human growth.

Questions that come up for me on a daily basis are these:

• How can I make a difference with the people that I come in contact with on a day-to-day basis?
• What can we all do to contribute in a positive way in our communities?
• How can we learn to control our thoughts?

These are very common questions, not that hard to figure out. What really gets me is that the answers are not hard either but to translate them into action and living them is hard.

Ways that help me to stay in a positive state of mind and not go into autopilot are:

• Practicing meditation daily, even if it is only for ten minutes a day
• Being honest to myself, no illusions
• Reading inspiring material, such as I am recommending on this site

Don't get me wrong, I am not insinuating that I am any further along in this exploration of finding a deeper meaning then the next person, all I am suggesting is that there is a good reason to try, namely, peace of mind.
