Tested the site with the client on 5/7/2011 to go over the design and functionality of the site.
Summary:
After going over the site, we found some missing components and minor layout issues. Designer took clients suggestions and fixed all items. Overall the client is pleased with the new look and looking forward to share it with staff. The site can be found at: http://refb.mokeeweb.net/

What was your first impression of the opening screen? Love the new look and the colors.  Very welcoming.

Did you find the site easy to navigate? Yes and no, the navigation on the home page is clear and easy to use but the sub-level pages did not reflect the correct index in the left side navigation.
Were the pages interesting? Why or why not? Some yes and some no,  For the ones with a no, there needs to be more of a cohesive look.
What is your impression of the color scheme and images ?  I love the new color scheme and the slider on the home page

What suggestions for improvement do you have? Sync up the left side navigation with the global navigation. Use the same color for the left side navigation which corresponds to the link on the global navigation. Remove all sliders within the content and add a vertical slider beneath the left side navigation or a photo.  Change the colors of the headers on all the pages to coincide with the color of its left side navigation.

Were there any links that did not work, images that did not load, typos? There are minor issues with alignments within the content.
