Summary

Overall, in reviewing the web page there were many...in fact most things we liked. The color scheme, general layout, ease of navigation overall are just starters. Since the SAC goal with the web page is to secure rental of the facility we had to do our final review of this based on getting that message out there and making sure visitors understood that function. Obviously clarity in any of the areas was also looked at. These things really could only be done at this stage now that a product is up and ready to really start to use. We know that the edits we have made are minimal due to your hard work. Thanks. All in all, so far so good. We would like to emphasize the rental aspect of the clubhouse more.

  The menu should be rearranged in the following oder:

  • Home
  • About - change to About the Club
  • History - change to History of the Club
  • Add: Club Membership / Delete Activities
  • Facilities - change to Facilities & Rental

• Home Page

  • Add more pictures of exterior and interior of the building.
  • Keep pictures of buffet, lecture set-up, the table of women stuffing, and 2 women at sewing machines.
  • Get rid of the quilt, women in the director's room, pictures of individual stuffers etc.
  • Add a photo of the kitchen.

• About Page

  • Title the page "About the Club"
  • "Sections Within the Club" change to "Activities of the Club" (the word Sections overall should be eliminated).
  • Add "Bi-monthly Lectures" to the top of the list of activities.
  • Edit typo: "Out to Lunch Brunch:" should be "Out to Lunch Bunch"
  • "Craft Section" - change to "Craft and Philanthropic Gifts:"

• Create Club Membership Page

  • Move Membership Info paragraph from about page to Club Membership page

• Facilities Page

  • Add section called "Parking" with the following narrative:
    "A well lit City parking garage is adjacent and easily accessible to the Club"
  • Add a picture of the kitchen

• Testimonials Page

  • Change font of quotes to be different than names

• All Pages

  • Any mention of "membership" and/or "rental" should link to the respective page

Any changes to content will only be changed if time permits, since we spent a lot of time planning and this was all laid out in the contract signed by our client.
