Grains

Grains and grain products can form the foundation for a hearty meal. We recommend wild rice over other grains for its remarkable abundance of high-quality protein, and much higher quantities of B-vitamins than nearly every grain. Try our seeded spelt bread and raisin bread. Or go for our spelt tortillas or sprouted wheat bagels.
