What is the overall tone and feel of the site?	Personal, heartfelt, but also business-like and professional. Nice balance. Helpful and welcoming - chould encourage clients who need our help to seek us out.
Did you find the site easy to navigate? Why or why not?	Yes Yes - except for a couple of issues with accesssing information via drop down menus vs. the task bar, see below.
Were the pages interesting? Why or why not?	Generally well written and stories well told. Yes, I especially like the variety of photos used and the cheerful green backgrounds.
What did you like best about the site?	Simplicity, consistency of design and navigation, clarity, warmth, personal touch Photos and graphic layout
What suggestions for improvement do you have?	Photos of all case studies inappropriate for to the content. Basic info for clients (address, hours, etc) requires going through a pull down menu /links before you get to it. Not sure if it could be more prominent/easier to find. Maybe there should also be a way to access the "Donate Now" main page by using the drop down menu under "donate now" on the task bar. If you click and drag on "donate now" to access the drop down menu, it won't take you to the donate now page. Had to double click on donate now on task bar without using the menu to get page to open. Just seemed counterintuitvie to me, I was expecting to be able to access every page by using the drop down menus. Maybe it's just me.
Were there any links that did not work, images that did not load, typos?	Checked links and found that they worked. Lawyers with Heart Presenting Sponsorship (donate now-event sponsorships page) is $3,000, not $6,000. Did not try all of the links but all the ones I tried worked.
Any other comments?	Home Page- Legal Aid helps low-income individuals and families with critical needs for shelter, safety and income through crisis legal services. Karina's story Photo should be more representative of a woman of described ethnicity Karina never went to the police because she was told by her batterer and others that the police would have her deported and taken away from her children. SITE TASKS
In this section, we asked our classmates to complete a few tasks at the site and describe the process by which they achieved them. Here are the responses we received.

Task 1: How do you find out about sponsoring the Golf Classic event?	Clicked Donate Now/Event Sponsorship Clicked Events/Golf Classic Call or email the Business Manager
Task 2: Who would you speak to if you were looking for the "Executive Director" of Legal Aid of Sonoma County?	Ronit Rubinoff Ronit Rubinoff
Task 3: If you wished to make a donation, what are your options?	I know all of this as a Board member, so not a good tester for acquiring this knowledge from the site. But it was easy to find through Donate Now and Events. It took me a minute to figure out how to access the "donate now" page (see suggestions for improvement above). The site directs you to call the Business Manager on several other pages which is always a good option.
Task 4: Where would you find instructions about receiving assistance from Legal Aid?	Contact and Get Help "Get help" page - but for me same problem here as "donate now", I was looking for how to get help on the drop down menu under "get help", not thinking about clicking "get help" on task bar and bypassing the menu to go to that page.

Summary:

We had very good feedback. The clients loved all of the pictures of real people on all the pages, the overall design and colors of the site, and thought that the site was very professional and warm. Since we asked for suggestions on how to improve the site, we also received back some advise on how to do that. Some of the items we will fix in the coming week, such as typos and minor composition changes. Some of the items, such as the navigation issues addressed above or major composition and image changes, we are just going to point out, but the changes would need to be made once class is over.
