TYPICAL USER FEEDBACK
Target Market:
We tried to primarily target the funding sources for Legal Aid of Sonoma County, rather than the recipients of the services they provide. These include the local legal community, including attorneys, judges, and administrators. Also targeted was the private sector, including the top employers in the community, who employ some of the clients of Legal Aid of Sonoma County. We also wanted to be sure this site provided some basic information for the clients of Legal Aid of Sonoma County.
Testing Respondents:
We received the names and email address for 12 people from our client. One actually was the name of somebody who works for the client, so their feedback will be included on the client feedback page. Of the eleven other people, we had five responses. Our respondents include an attorney who is a long time donor/event sponsor for Legal Aid, three Legal Aid volunteers and a Legal Aid client.

Summary:
Overall the feedback we received from the typical users was very positive. They really liked the use of photographs and narratives and thought it made the site more personal. The typical users said our site was very use to use and simplet to navigate.
The main things that were suggested for improvement were suggestions about the content, rather than about the site itself. The one thing we have already changed based on this feedback is that we added the date of the Lawyers with Heart 2010 event. We also made a suggestion to our client regarding some possible rewriting of the content based on the feedback we received.
