Three Column Layout with a header and a footer using "float and "clear"

This section is now wider than it was in the last homework. The background color has been changed to white and the "wildcard" selector has removed all the default padding and margins. I have used a background picture that matches up with the backgrounds of the div tags so that this will work.
This uses the aslett clearing method.
